ഏതാണ്ട് അമ്പതു വർഷം മുൻപ് ആഹാരത്തിൽനിന്നും നമ്മുക്ക് ലഭിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന പോഷകങ്ങൾ അതേ ആഹാരസാധനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും അതേയളവിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ലായെന്നത് പരക്കെ അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതും ഈ മേഖലയിൽ നടത്തിയ പല ആധികാരിക പഠനങ്ങളും അസന്നിഗ്ദ്ധമായി വെളിവാക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌ത വസ്തുതയാണ്. ഇപ്പോളത്തെ മുതിർന്ന തലമുറ ഈ സത്യം ഒരു ദിവസം ഒരു തവണയെങ്കിലും വലിയ നഷ്ടബോധത്തോടുകൂടി ഓർക്കുകയും ഇളം തലമുറയെ ഓർമ്മപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. അരിയായാലും ഗോതമ്പായാലും പച്ചക്കറികളായാലും പഴവർഗ്ഗങ്ങളായാലും ഇതൊരു വസ്തുതയാണെന്നു പഠനങ്ങൾ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒന്നിനും പണ്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്ന രുചി ഇപ്പോൾ അനുഭവവേദ്യമാകുന്നില്ല ; ഒന്നിൽനിന്നും പണ്ട് ലഭിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന പോഷകഗുണങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല. രാസവളങ്ങളുടെ അമിതമായ ഉപയോഗവും തന്മൂലം കൃഷിസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലെ മണ്ണിൻറ്റെ ഘടനയിലുണ്ടായ മാറ്റങ്ങളും വിളകളുടെ പോഷകമൂല്യത്തിൽ വന്ന ഇടിവിന് കാരണമായി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടപ്പെടുന്നു. ജീവിതശൈലിയിൽ വന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം പോഷകാഹാരക്കുറവും ഈ തലമുറയെ അലട്ടുന്ന പല രോഗങ്ങൾക്കും കാരണമാകുന്നു. പണത്തിനു പണ്ടത്തെപ്പോലെ ദൗർലഭ്യമില്ലാത്തതുമൂലം ദാരിദ്ര്യം അഥവാ പട്ടിണി മൂലമുള്ള

  Why One Should Become a Business Owner? Robert Kiyosaki, renowned author of  Rich Dad Poor Dad  and numerous other books, developed the Cashflow Quadrant concept. Kiyosaki’s Cashflow Quadrant is sometimes referred to as “The ESBI .” The left quadrants, E and S, form the category “Active Income” and right quadrants B and I form the category of “Passive Income”. My Dreams

  My dreams are my desires. Till this time, I have been considering myself as a contented person. That is, someone who had achieved everything in life and do not have any more unfulfilled desires. In fact, I was teaching people not to have many desires because desires ultimately cause disappointment and sorrow. I was an advocate of desireless life. But, from 20-May-2021, the day I joined Vestige business, I took a paradigm shift in my thought process. I started thinking that becoming rich is not an evil. On the other hand, everything depends on the wealth and richness one does possess.
